Gride Technology is committed to providing our riders with a fast and convenient ridesharing experience. If you're having trouble using our app or have a question, you've come to the right place! Our help center has all the information you need to get the most out of Gride.

 

Getting Started:

To download the Gride app, search for "Gride Technology" in the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android), click the "Download" button, and follow the on-screen instructions to install the app on your device.

To create an account with Gride, open the app, tap the "Sign Up" button, and follow the on-screen instructions. You'll be asked to provide some basic information such as your name, email address, and phone number. Once you've created your account, you can sign in anytime by entering your email address and password.

To add a payment method, go to the "Payment" section in your app settings and add a credit or debit card, PayPal, or other supported payment method.

To request a ride, simply open the app, enter your pickup and drop-off locations, and tap the "Request a Ride" button. You'll see a list of available ride options and their estimated fares, and you can choose the option that works best for you.

Once you've requested a ride, you can track your driver's progress in real-time using the map in the Gride app. You'll also be able to see your driver's name, photo, and vehicle information, and you can contact them directly through the app if needed.

After each ride, you'll be asked to rate your driver and provide feedback about your experience. Your feedback helps us ensure that our drivers are providing the best possible service and improve the Gride app and platform.

Pricing and Payment:

You can view the cost and fare breakdown for your ride at any time by going to the "Ride History" section in your app. The fare breakdown will show you the base fare, distance fee, time fee, and any other fees or charges associated with the ride.

To apply a promo code or coupon, simply enter the code in the "Promo Code" section of the app before requesting a ride. The discount will be automatically applied to your fare.

If you have an issue with a charge or payment, you can reach out to Gride support through the in-app support system. Our team will be happy to help you resolve any issues.

Driver and Vehicle Information:

You can view your driver's information and vehicle details in the Gride app before and during the ride. This information will be displayed on the map screen.

You can contact your driver directly through the Gride app during the ride. Simply tap the "Contact" button to send them a message.

If you have a problem with your driver or vehicle, you can report it through the Gride app or by contacting Gride support through the in-app support system. Our team will investigate the issue and take the appropriate action.

Safety and Security:

Gride takes the safety and security of our riders very seriously. Our app includes features such as in-app emergency assistance and real-time ride
